Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use RenoStudio (renostudio.ai), which is operated by Reno Studio (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the studio you agree to them. If you use RenoStudio for a business, you agree on behalf of that business.

1. What RenoStudio does

RenoStudio lets you design rooms in 3D in your browser, reconstruct a room from your photos and floor plans using AI, and export renders, design packs, 360° tours and 3D files. Manual design is free. AI and rendering features use credits.

2. AI-generated designs are estimates

Reconstructions, dimensions, materials, renders and design packs are generated from the photos and details you provide. They are visual estimates, not a measured survey, and they can be wrong or incomplete. Check all measurements on site and get advice from a qualified builder, designer or tradesperson before you order products, sign a contract or start work. Products in a design do not mean a manufacturer or supplier endorses RenoStudio or that the product is available.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian agree to these terms for you.
• Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Give accurate billing details and keep them up to date.

4. Plans, credits and billing

• Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies. Current prices are on the pricing page.
• The Free plan includes 25 starter credits, once. Home includes 150 credits and Pro includes 600 credits in each billing period. Plan credits reset at the start of each period and do not carry over.
• Top-up packs (100 credits for A$19) are one-off purchases. Purchased credits don’t expire while your account is open, and they are used after your plan’s credits.
• Credits have no cash value and can’t be transferred.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period until you cancel. Our payment processor, Stripe, charges your payment method at each renewal.
• You can change plans or cancel at any time from your account’s billing page. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep your plan until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
• If a job fails, times out or is stopped before it finishes, its credits are returned to your balance automatically.
• We may change prices or credit costs. We’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice before a price change affects your subscription.

5. Refunds and your consumer rights

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a service has a major failure, you are entitled to cancel and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. Outside them, payments are not refundable for part-used periods, but you can cancel at any time to stop future charges. Contact us at hello@renostudio.ai about any billing problem.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, floor plans, descriptions and designs you create or upload (“your content”). You give us a licence to store, process and transmit your content only as needed to run RenoStudio for you, including sending it to our AI and rendering providers as described in our Privacy Policy. You must have the right to upload your content, and it must not include other people’s personal information without their consent.

Exported renders, design packs and 3D files are yours to use for personal or business purposes. Branding on Free and Home design packs must stay in place.

7. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse RenoStudio. For example, don’t break the law, upload unlawful or infringing material, try to get around credit limits or access controls, interfere with the service or other users, scrape it, or resell access without our written agreement. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. If we close your account without cause, we’ll refund any prepaid, unused subscription period.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep RenoStudio available, but some features depend on third-party providers and may occasionally be slow or unavailable. We may add, change or remove features. If we remove a paid feature you rely on, you may cancel and we’ll refund the unused portion of your subscription.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, and apart from your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including building costs, lost profits or loss of data. For services not of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use, our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee is limited to supplying the services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again.

10. Ending your account

You can stop using RenoStudio at any time. To delete your account, email hello@renostudio.ai. Designs saved in your browser stay on your device until you clear them.

11. General

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. We may update them. If a change materially affects you, we’ll tell you by email or in the studio before it takes effect. Questions: hello@renostudio.ai.
